Dual-way intercom and indoor monitoring
When someone presses the call button on the outdoor unit, it will activate the indoor monitor, the monitor will turn on, ring, and show the video outside. So you can see who is outside, a postman? a neighbor? a salesman? an old friend? or a burglar? Then you can press the response button on the monitor to talk with the people outside, unlock the lock and press the response button again to end the conversion. When the monitor is in standby mode, you can see what's going on outside by pressing the monitoring button.
IR for Night-vision, allows you to see color images at night
Most video door phones in the market have night vision features but are not intelligent. Some use infrared lights, you can only see black/white images at night(Not clear image); some use white light led, the lights will turn on once someone presses the call button even during daytime(not humanized).
This video door phone adopts a different design. The outdoor unit embeds in an intelligent IR sensor and 6 led lights, the IR sensor can control the LEDs according to illumination intensity. At night or at low light status, the 6 led lights will turn on automatically and allows you can still see color image at night. During the daytime, the 6 led lights will not turn on. A: You can use max 2 outdoor units and 6 indoor monitors in one system.
